How long does it take to complete my orders?

Answer

Once we receive your order with 30% upfront payment, we will email you a link to complete with the card details at your convenience. Upon receiving these informations, we will start working on your request and a proof of your wording layout will be emailed to you within the next 10-14 business days. Once you approve the artwork, our standard time of processing and printing will take only 7-10 business days. Should you need them urgently, let us know! We can try to accommodate within our means.

We provide complimentary doorstep delivery for orders above $240. Alternatively, you can opt for: (1) Registered Mail - Depending on parcel weight/size (2) Courier - $15 islandwide (3) Self Collect - Jurong Spring (Depending on Slot Availability)
